The 2009-2010 EMT class has finished and the students are in the process of taking the National Registry examination. Good luck to all as they do the practical and online examinations! Many thanks to Instructor/Paramedic Brian Brown and all who helped make this year’s class a success.

~A Cub Scout Bear Den from Granby spent a recent evening at the ambulance building completing one of their rank requirements, learning to “Be Ready” for emergencies. The scouts learned to “Be brave, be calm, be clear, and be careful” in some common emergency situations. After a tour of the building and ambulances, the scouts acted out what they would do in some of the emergencies they learned about.
