~We just completed some changes to the Granby Ambulance building! As a result of our expansion to 24/7 paramedic services and increased staff, our building required additional office space and sleeping quarters. We divided two large rooms on the second floor into four smaller rooms: two new offices and two sleeping quarters. If you drove by the building earlier this summer, you might have noticed the changes to the windows. In order to divide one of the rooms into two, we needed to rearrange those windows. In addition, we added some more counter space to our kitchenette. More of our volunteers are staying at the building during their shift and preparing their own meals. The existing kitchenette had limited counter space and greatly restricted its use.
